MindSwift (Smart Emotional Support) is designed to help users quickly access emotional support resources, crisis assistance, and helpful information during difficult moments. 2. Microphone Permission
MindSwift may request access to your device microphone. This permission is used only when the user activates voice features, such as Voice Help. Microphone access allows the app to interpret spoken commands to help navigate support resources more easily. MindSwift does not record, store, or transmit audio recordings. Microphone access is never activated automatically and requires user interaction.
3. Location Permission
MindSwift may request access to location services to help users find local support resources — including crisis resources, community services, support organizations, and emergency assistance information. Location data is used only to provide nearby resources and is not stored or tracked by MindSwift. Location access is optional and controlled entirely by the user.
4. Trusted Contacts
MindSwift allows users to save trusted contact phone numbers on their device. These contacts are stored locally on the user's device and are used only when the user chooses to call or message a trusted contact. MindSwift does not upload or share these contacts externally.
5. External Support Links
MindSwift provides links to external organizations and support services. When users open these links, they may be directed to third-party websites or services. Those services operate under their own privacy policies. MindSwift is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites.
6. No Data Selling or Advertising
MindSwift does not sell personal data. MindSwift does not use advertising networks to track users. The goal of the app is to provide supportive tools and access to resources, not to collect user data.
7. User Control
All features within MindSwift are user-controlled. Permissions such as microphone or location must be granted by the user and can be revoked at any time through the device settings. MindSwift does not activate sensitive features automatically.
